KASKI: District Administration Office, Kaski has imposed a curfew in key areas of the city, citing security concerns after “Gen Z” protests became chaotic.
The move follows a period of nationwide unrest, with the youth-led movement also spreading to other major cities.
The curfew, issued by the District Administration Office, Kaski, took effect at 2 PM today and will remain in place until further notice.
It covers the Sahidchok area and surrounding landmarks, including Y-chok, Milanchok, and the area near the Tourism Board office and Damside.
The administration stated the measure was necessary to ensure public safety.
