KATHMANDU: Minister for Communications and Information Technology, JagadishKharel, has asserted that only measure to usher country in good governance was the digital roadmap.

During a discussion today on ‘AI policy and industrial growth’ held as part of shaping Nepal’s digital future, Minister Kharel informed that government was at work to bring a digital roadmap to ensure good governance in the country. He urged the stakeholders to furnish points to be included in roadmap.

The Ministry acts as a bridge, linking various ministries for the development of IT, he said, arguing that it would clear the obstruction on digital Nepal campaign.

On the occasion, Chair of Nepal Chamber of Commerce, Kamalesh Agrawal underscored the need of digital literacy and cyber safety.
