The driver who ran away after hitting the scooter at Balkumari in Lalitpur has been arrested. A 23-year-old scooter driver Rekha Thapa died in the accident.

Based on the CCTV footage, the police arrested the driver Rel Bahadur Magar from Bhaktapur, Sallaghari. The police said that the Balero that caused the accident was a vehicle carrying milk.
