KATHMANDU: Former President Bidya Devi Bhandari has inquired about the health condition of those injured in course of the Gen-Z protests occurred on September 8 and 9.
The former Head of the State visited the Nepal Police Hospital, Maharajgunj on Friday and garnered information about the injured persons, who have been receiving treatment, according to her personal secretary Rajkumar Rai.
On the occasion, Bhandari opined that all should work to fulfill the national aspiration and the supreme interest of the nation. She further called for unity, peace and social harmony in the country.
As many as 200 injured persons were treated at the hospital.
