DADELDHURA:  A jeep accident in Dadeldhura has left four people dead.

The incident occurred on Thursday morning along the road section at Chaud, Ward No. 5 of Navadurga Rural Municipality.

The vehicle was en route from Thada Bazaar to the district headquarters of Dadeldhura when it met with the accident.

The jeep had veered off the road and plunged nearly 500 meters into a forested area.Four bodies have been recovered from the scene so far, but the victims are yet to be identified.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation, police said.
