PATAN: Minister for Communications and Information Technology Jagadish Kharel has said that the government was committed to holding the election in a free and fair manner.

At a programme organized in Mangalbazaar of Lalitpur on Saturday regarding the voting centre identification and guidance system, Minister Kharel urged all to remain assured about the March 5 election.

Regarding the voting centre identification, Minister Kharel said we have made a great stride in information technology and don’t have to worry about the location of the voting centre and the ways to reach there.

He said the government has high regard towards Gen-Z and has promoted access and usage of technology in the government mechanism to encourage the acts of youths.
