DHORPATAN: The Baglung-Burtibang road section along the Mid Hill Highway has been blocked after landslide occurred in Badigad rural municipality-2, Kharbang.

Police Inspector of the District Police Office, Baglung, Keshab Thapa informed that the road has been blocked since this morning.

Vehicles moving from west Baglung, Rolpa, Rukum, Jajarkot, Dolpa and Gulmi to Pokhara and Kathmandu have been halted on the road due to road disruption.

Heavy rainfall has hampered the efforts to resume road operations, Inspector Thapa added.
