BHAKTAPUR: Chief of Army Staff Ashokraj Sigdel has opined that responsible human resources should be produced for the society and nation from the school level.

Speaking at the 48th anniversary of Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya, Sallaghari, in Bhaktapur on Monday, the Army Chief viewed that life skill education was needed for a bright future of the nation and to serve the society and nation by being a responsible citizen.

He stressed that the new generation should be made honest and responsible for the nation’s development.

On the occasion, Army Chief Sigdel honoured the school’s teachers and officials for their outstanding performance, and Jasmine Memorial Prize and Gehendra Shumsher Thapa Memorial Prize to the best performing students.
