A man has been arrested in Jhapa on the charge of killing his wife. Police have arrested 32 year old Raghunath Maruti Gorad, a resident of India, who runs a gold shop in Budhabare Bazar, on the charge of murdering his 26-year-old wife Sapna Gorad.
Sapna died on the spot when Raghunath hit him on the head with a bowl during an ordinary argument between them.
Further investigation is underway.
Police have arrested Ram Kumal on the charge of murdering his wife Basanti Kumal.
28 year old Basanti was presumed to have committed suicide. But during the further investigation of the incident, it was revealed that her husband Ram had murdered her. Police have arrested him and further investigation is underway.
