The constitutional bench of the Supreme Court that had been hearing the writ petitions filed against the dissolution of the House of Representatives issued a verdict today stating that the dissolution of the House by President Bidhya Devi Bhandari was unconstitutional.

The apex court while issuing an order to reinstate the House of Representatives has also issued an order for the meeting of the reinstated House to be held by 5 pm on July 18.
