KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress leader Prakash Man Singh has said the NC needs adapting to change- as per demands and challenges surfaced lately.

At a programme organized on the 28th memorial day of the founding leader of the NC, Ganesh Man Singh, here Thursday, he argued the precepts of leader Ganesh Man should be strictly followed. The adherence to letter and spirit of the constitution further helps us reinforce the democratic system, he underlined.

“The thoughts and behaviour of the late Ganesh Man Singh reflect the aspiration of the people, so NC’s leaders and cadres can put into practice the late Singh’s vision,” the former deputy prime minister reminded.

Similarly, NC leader Indra Man Maharjan recollected the contribution made by iron man Ganesh Man Singh and pointed out the need of building corruption free country where the democratic values prevail.

The attendants of the programme made a floral tribute to the statue of the leader Ganesh Man Singh on the occasion.
