DOLPA: The Nepal Army has rescued four locals who were trapped in the Thulibheri River.

The incident occurred at Dhupichaur in Thulibheri Municipality-3 of Dolpa district, where the individuals had gone to collect firewood.

They became stranded in the middle of the river after the water level suddenly rose.

According to the Nepal Army, a rescue team from the Sangram Shardul Batallion based in Dolpa, along with support from other security agencies and local residents, successfully brought them to safety without any harm.
