A man has been arrested in Palpa on charge of raping a girl. Police have arrested Bishnu Bahadur BK, 39, of Khyaha in Ribdikot Municipality-1 on charge of raping a 14-year-old girl.

A team of the District Police Office has arrested BK who was absconding after the incident. BK had raped the girl on June 6 in Ribdikot-2 forest. BK was arrested after the victim’s mother lodged a complaint with the police, said District Police Office Information Officer Birendra Thapa.
