President Bidhya Devi Bhandari will be addressing the eighth session of the National Assembly. The session is scheduled to begin at 4 pm today.

Khimlal Bhattarai, Chief Whip of CPN UML parliamentary party at the National Assembly, informed that President Bhandari will be addressing the session of the National Assembly. He, however, mentioned that the date when the president will address the assembly has not been finalised but it could likely be on July 4 or July 5.
