President Bidhya Devi Bhandari has issued the ordinance relating to political parties (second amendment), 2078 BS, today.

The head of the state, on the recommendation of the government, promulgated the ordinance in accordance with Article 114 (1) of the Constitution, according to a statement issued by the Office of the President.
