KATHMANDU: President Ramchandra Paudel has expressed his deep sorrow over the demise of Bipin Joshi, a Nepali student who went Israel to participate in the learning and earning programme.

Taking to the social site ‘X’ today, President Paudel recalled his untiring efforts for the safe release of Joshi who was held hostage by Palestine group Hamas. The news of Joshi’s sudden demise has shocked him, Paudel wrote.

The Head of the State paid tribute to Joshi and also extended condolences to the bereaved families and others in a grief-stricken moment.
