KATHMANDU: The main pipeline of the Melamchi Drinking Water Project, which burst in Thapathali on Tuesday morning, has been repaired.

A technical team of Kathmandu Upatyaka Khanepani Limited (KUKL) completed the repair of the broken pipeline at 4:00 am this morning, KUKL engineer Prakash Baral shared.

On Tuesday, a pipeline of the Melamchi Drinking Water Project burst in the Thapathali area, causing road obstruction and damage to the street.
