KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court has registered multiple writ petitions challenging the dissolution of the House of Representatives, with the next hearing scheduled for October 29 before the Constitutional Bench.
On Tuesday, ten petitions were filed demanding the annulment of the House dissolution and the continuation of the government formation process.
By Wednesday, a total of 13 petitions had been submitted, but only ten were officially registered.
With the Supreme Court reopening for registration and hearing of writ petitions from Tuesday, submissions opposing the House dissolution have been filed rapidly.
