KATHMANDU: Six bodies have been found at the Bhatbhateni Supermarket in Bouddha. The bodies were discovered in a burned state, according to Kathmandu District Police spokesperson, Superintendent of Police (SP) Apilraj Bohora.
During the Genz protest on September 9, Bhatbhateni was set on fire. SP Bohora stated that the burned bodies were found on Saturday when police arrived after the fire had been extinguished.
The identities of the deceased have not yet been confirmed. It is still unclear whether they were protesters or employees of Bhatbhateni, Bohora added.
