KATHMANDU: National Assembly Chair Narayan Prasad Dahal has message of best wishes on the occasion, called attention of the parties concerned to practically implement the constitutional and legal provisions made to ensure freedom of press and expression.

Paying tributes to all the journalist martyrs who laid down their lives in the struggle for freedom of press and expression at different times, the Chairman of the upper house of the Federal Parliament expressed the belief that this day would inspire the state to protect the freedom of press and expression and also inspire journalists to pursue true, fair, ethical and responsible journalism.
