KATHMANDU: Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), which had been shut down due to the Gen Z protests, has now decided to resume operations.

A meeting of the Airport Security Committee held today made the decision to restart flights that had been suspended since yesterday.

In a public notice, the airport authority stated, “Passengers traveling through the airport are requested to contact their respective airlines for updated flight schedules before coming to the airport. While entering the airport premises, travelers must carry their official flight tickets along with valid identification documents.”
