Similarly, Sabin Bikram Thapa was elected as the deputy secretary for men with 380 votes, while Rupakumari Mishra secured the deputy secretary position for women with 391 votes. Harikishore Yadav, the competitor for the men’s deputy secretary post, received 195 votes, and Kiran Kapar, the competitor for the women’s post, managed 184 votes.

Birendra Lal Karna was elected as the chairman of the accounts committee with 365 votes, defeating his rival Anil Kumar Yadav, who received only 207 votes. The election was conducted to form a 135-member district committee, including five office bearers. Out of 628 eligible voters, 615 cast their votes. The results for the remaining committee members are yet to be announced.

The election process faced disruptions earlier on Baisakh 23, when a dispute over candidacy led to clashes between two factions during the final preparations for voting. This unrest resulted in the postponement of the voting, which was eventually held on Thursday under tight security. The rescheduled election proceeded without further incidents.
