KATHMANDU: Coordinator of the Nepali Communist Party (NCP), Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, has said improvement of educational quality is imperative at community colleges.
Addressing a programme organised at Baneshwor Multiple Campus in the federal capital today, he opined the State bears utmost responsibility to guarantee education, health and employment to its citizens. The NCP Coordinator clarified, “We want that education and health to be free. We will support in improving quality of health and education for this purpose.”
On a different note, he argued that election is the best option before the country to find out solution to the political adversity surfaced after the Gen Z movement. Stating that all should join hands to give an outlet to the current crisis, he mentioned time has come for youths to shoulder the responsibility to usher development in the country.
Dahal further said the active participation of youths in Gen Z movement clearly showed that the young people had wanted to be mobilized in an aware and responsible manner.
The Gen Z movement proved wrong the concept that new generation was not interested in politics, Coordinator Dahal argued, advocating for peaceful and democratic process in the country.
