JANAKPUR: The District Administration Office, Dhanusha, has stated that 194 polling stations in the district are highly sensitive. Out of the 322 polling stations in the district, the office said that 194 have been classified as highly sensitive, 106 as sensitive, and 22 as normal.

The number of polling booths in the district is 645. According to Chief District Officer Prem Prasad Luintel, the polling stations were classified due to the open border, a high number of voters, and various types of problems that arose during voting in past elections.
