KATHMANDU: Foreign Minister Dr. Arzu Rana Deuba has expressed the government’s commitment to implementing the constitutional rights granted to Non-Resident Nepalis (NRNs).
She made the statement during a program titled “Nepalis in Diaspora: Government’s Responsibility and Role of Coordination Committees,” organized by the Nepali Congress’s Department of Nepal People’s Coordination Committee at the party’s central office on Thursday.
Dr. Rana highlighted that with a stable government in place, it has become easier to implement the rights granted by the Constitution.
She acknowledged the delay in distributing NRN cards but assured that the government is now fully committed to resolving this issue.
