KATHMANDU: Madhav Kumar Nepal, co-coordinator of the Nepali Communist Party and a former prime minister, has been hospitalized after developing chest-related health complications.
He is currently receiving treatment at the Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Center in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu.
Doctors said he was admitted after experiencing a persistent cough and fever, along with increasing difficulty in breathing.
Medical examinations have confirmed complications affecting his chest, and specialists are closely monitoring his condition.
