DHANUSHA: Coordinator of Nepali Communist Party and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that the recent Gen-Z protest occurred as there have been no fundamental changes in the citizens’ lives even after the establishment of the republican system.

Addressing the Madhes Province-level unity gathering of the Nepali Communist Party organized in Janakpurdham on Saturday, Prachanda admitted that the Gen-Z protest has given an opportunity for review to the political parties with legacy.

On the occasion, he shared that polarization of different left political parties was initiated to work for the country’s development in a new style by being transformed in the post Gen-Z movement.

The regression and reactionary forces could be defeated only with the unity of all people and the Nepali Communist Party will lead this, he argued.

Also speaking at the event, Nepali Communist Party’s Joint Coordinator and former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal claimed that a positive vibe was created across the country after the unification of different communist parties to form a single communist party.
