Government transfers seven Joint Secretaries

KATHMANDU: The government has transferred seven Joint Secretaries.

The Council of Ministers, in its meeting held on September 28, decided to transfer the Joint Secretaries.

The decision was made public today through an official notification by the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration.

According to the ministry, Chhabindra Parajuli has been moved from Federal Affairs to the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Chhabilal Rijal from the Ministry of Home Affairs to Federal Affairs, and Tirtharaj Bhattarai from the Ministry of Home Affairs to Federal Affairs.

Gajendra Thakur has been transferred from the Ministry of Communications to the Ministry of Finance, and Jibalal Bhusal from the National Planning Commission to the Ministry of Agriculture.

Similarly, Rudra Singh Tamang has been transferred from Federal Affairs to the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources, and Irrigation, while Shambhu Prasad Marasini moves from Energy, Water Resources, and Irrigation to the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies.
