KATHMANDU: Chairperson of the CPN (UML), KP Sharma Oli, has emphasized that the government should create environment conducive for election.
Chair Oli said so at a programme organised on the 35th establishment day of National Ex-Army and Police Organisation of Nepal (NEAPON) here on Wednesday.
On the occasion, he argued that attempts to disrupt peace were repeated time and again to make the country instable. “If the country is pushed to turmoil, the elements and forces making the country weak become more active in this pretext.
So we all should always pay attention to maintaining peace, law and order in the country,” he said. Chair Oli also stressed that leaders and cadres should be responsible towards the CPN (UML) and the UML is responsible towards the country and good governance, adding his loyalty towards the country and people would always remain intact.
NWAPON Chair Binod Pandey underscored that every Nepali citizen should work as a soldier.
He pointed out that the government should pay attention to hold the election to the House of Representatives on the slated date, adding the government should depute ex-army and police personnel in productive activities.
