House of Representatives to convene today; two bills on agenda

KATHMANDU: The meeting of the House of Representatives under the Federal Parliament is scheduled to take place today (Thursday) at 1 PM at the Parliament Building in New Baneshwar, according to the Parliament Secretariat.

During today’s session, lawmakers will express their views on contemporary issues during the special and zero hours.

On the agenda, Minister for Women, Children, and Senior Citizens Nawal Kishor Sah Sudi will present a proposal to consider the “Human Trafficking and Transportation (First Amendment) Bill, 2081.”

Similarly, Minister for Education, Science, and Technology Raghuji Panta will propose that the “Tilganga Eye University Bill, 2081,” which originated in the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.
