KATHMANDU: The CPN (Maoist Center) has called a Secretariat meeting of the convention organizing committee to make a decision on party unification.

The meeting, scheduled for 3 PM at the party’s central office in Parisdanda, will include discussions with parties such as the CPN (Unified Socialist) and Nepal Samajwadi Party.

Topics such as unification, position management, and modalities will be discussed. The CPN (Unified Socialist)’s central committee had earlier decided to unify with the Maoist Center during its Friday meeting.
