KATHMANDU: The Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Centre) has decided to make creative and constructive efforts to end the ongoing deadlock in Parliament.
The deadlock has prevented discussions on the budget from beginning. The disruption in Parliament is due to opposition demands for the resignation of the Home Minister over the visit visa issue.
The Maoist Centre and other opposition parties have been blocking Parliament until the resignation is addressed.
The Maoist Centre emphasized the need for an investigation into the visit visa issue, stating that their primary concern is the investigation process rather than focusing on individuals.
They plan to move forward after discussions with the government and other opposition parties.
