KATHMANDU: The CPN (Maoist Centre) has decided to launch a new phase of its national outreach campaign focused on the Mid-Hill Highway, starting from Jestha 2 (May 16).

This decision was made during the office-bearers’ meeting held on Sunday at the residence of party chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ in Khumaltar.

The specific starting point of the campaign is yet to be finalized, and a detailed program will be outlined in a future meeting.

Maoist Center has also claimed that the recently completed first phase of the Terai-Madhesh-focused Hulaki Marga (Postal Highway) campaign was more successful than expected.
