KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Paudel has appointed Kham Bahadur Garbuja, a member of the House of Representatives from the Nepali Congress, as the State Minister for Energy, Water Resources, and Irrigation.

According to the Office of the President, President Paudel appointed him today to the position of State Minister on the recommendation of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, in accordance with the Constitution, as part of the existing Council of Ministers formed on Ashar 31, 2081 B.S.
