The meeting will focus on recent political developments and preparations for the upcoming parliamentary session set to begin on Tuesday.
A major topic on the agenda is the controversy surrounding Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak.
The recent arrest of Joint Secretary Tirtha Raj Bhattarai in a visit visa scam has brought increased scrutiny to the Home Minister’s secretariat, with growing demands for his resignation. The issue is expected to be a central point of discussion at today’s meeting.
