BAITADI: A leader of the Nepali Communist Party (NCP), Dr Bhim Rawal, said his party has planned to empower citizens. The NCP is reaching out to people to listen to their concern, he added.

Leader Dr Rawal said it while addressing a unity gathering organized at Gothalapani in Baitadi district on Thursday. “NCP is shouldering the responsibility of ensuring good governance, political stability and development. We’re ready to correct weaknesses in constitution and bring to book the corrupt ones,” Rawal stated.

The NCP leader asserted that the country witnessed a huge loss of lives and property during the Gen Z protest due to sheer irresponsibility of then government. The KP Oli-led government failed to protect national independence, Rawal blamed.
