KATHMANDU: Prime Minister and CPN-UML Chair KP Sharma Oli personally visited the party’s central office in Chyasal on Wednesday to pay his annual membership fee and levy.

According to UML party office secretary Dr. Bhisma Adhikari, the party Secretariat has set a monthly levy of Rs. 25,000 for the Prime Minister.

Additionally, the party charges a monthly membership fee of Rs. 300.

Oli paid Rs. 3,600 toward the membership fee and Rs. 300,000 as the annual levy, totaling Rs. 303,600. UML collects levies from members holding benefit positions, including lawmakers.

Party office secretary Dr. Bhisma Adhikari and chief accountant Rajendra Shrestha presented Oli with the official receipt.
