JHAPA: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has reached his home district of Jhapa today. He has arrived there to participate in various programs in Jhapa and Ilam for two days.
He was welcomed at Chandragadhi Airport at 11 am today by Nepal Communist Party (UML) Koshi Province In-charge Sherdhan Rai, Chief Minister Hikmat Kumar Karki, and the party’s Koshi Province Chairman Ghanashyam Khatiwada, among other leaders.
Prime Minister Oli will participate in various programs in Jhapa and Ilam districts today and tomorrow, informed CPN-UML District Chairman Prem Giri. According to him, Prime Minister Oli is scheduled to inaugurate Bhagiratha Neupane Buddhashanti Hospital in Buddhashanti Rural Municipality-3 today and distribute land ownership certificates to landless Dalits, squatters and unorganized settlers in Kankai Municipality.
Chairman Giri said that Prime Minister Oli is scheduled to distribute land ownership certificates to unorganized settlers, landless Dalits and squatters of Mai Municipality in Ilam district today and inaugurate the municipal hospital in Mai Municipality.
Giri informed that he is scheduled to return to Kathmandu after inaugurating the Madan Dangi-Tarabari-Depot road section from Krishna Mandir in Damak Municipality to the northeast on Ashad 10 and addressing a cadre gathering organized at the city center in Birtamod.
