Prime Minister to respond to lawmakers in HoR today

KATHMANDU: The House of Representatives is set to meet today (May 20) at 11 a.m. at the Parliament Building in New Baneshwor, as confirmed by the Parliament Secretariat.

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to respond to questions posed by members of the House, in line with Chapter 9 of the House of Representatives Rules, 2079 BS.

In the same session, Infrastructure Development Committee Chairperson Deepak Bahadur Singh is expected to table the Annual Report of the Infrastructure Development Committee, 2081 BS, according to Parliament Secretariat General Secretary Padya Prasad Pandey.

Additionally, Minister for Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, Balram Adhikari, is slated to present a proposal for consideration of the Bill to Amend Certain Nepal Acts Relating to Land, 2082 BS.
