KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) boycotted Sunday’s session of the House of Representatives, citing a breach of parliamentary procedures.

RPP Chief Whip Gyanendra Shahi said the party decided to walk out after the session failed to proceed in accordance with the rules.

The boycott comes amid ongoing deliberations on the budget for upcoming fiscal year 2025/26.
