KATHMANDU: The Central Committee meeting of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) will be held today (Friday).
According to spokesperson Manish Jha, the meeting will take place at 1 PM at the party’s central office in Banasthali.
The agenda includes discussions on 13 different points.
The meeting will cover recent political developments, the party’s preparation for the upcoming by-election in Rupandehi constituency no. 3, the report of the Cooling-off Period Investigation Committee under the Civil Service Bill, the Visit Visa case, and the roles of the party’s parliamentarians in the legislature.
Additionally, discussions will be held on the party’s statute amendment proposals and progress reports of central departments, spokesperson Jha said.
Provincial in-charges will also present reports from their respective provinces.
The Central Committee meeting will also review and approve decisions made at the party secretariat meeting and decide on proposals related to reassigning responsibilities to former central committee members.
