KATHMANDU: Vice Chairperson of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Dr Swarnim Wagle, has said that the party has espoused and taken forward the issue of change.
At the ‘Extensive Gen Z Gathering’ organised here today by the RSP Tanahun–Kathmandu Liaison Department, he stated that RSP has advanced the issue of change and increased youth participation.
The RSP Vice Chairman viewed that the upcoming election on March 5 will be an election for generation shift.
Emphasising the need for a clear majority in democracy, he urged voters to ensure the party’s victory with a majority.
Wagle shared that RSP’s organisation has now expanded to 38 countries, including 77 districts and 550 municipalities across the country. According to him, the party currently has 300 thousand active members nationwide.
He mentioned that the party has prioritised good governance, anti-corruption campaigns and expansion of road and air connectivity, internet services, and access to energy.
