KATHMANDU: The Nepal Teachers’ Federation staged a sit-in at the CPN (Unified Socialist) party office in Aloknagar today.

As part of its first-phase protest, the federation held the sit-in from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday and also submitted a memorandum to draw the party’s attention.

The agitating federation has organized similar sit-in programs at the offices of the Nepali Congress, CPN-UML, CPN-Maoist Centre, and CPN (Unified Socialist).
