KATHMANDU: Three parliamentary committees are scheduled to meet today.

The Law, Justice and Human Rights Committee will meet at 1 pm. The agenda of the meeting is to discuss ‘the Universal Periodic Review with the National Human Rights Commission’.

Similarly, the Women and Social Affairs Committee has an agenda to discuss ‘the current situation of female workers employed abroad.’ The meeting will be held at 11:30 am.

Similarly, the Education, Health and Information Technology Committee will meet at 3 pm. The agenda of the meeting is to ‘discuss with the amenders on the Media Council Bill’, according to the Secretariat of the Federal Parliament.
