KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML Central Secretariat meeting has begun. The meeting began at the UML Central Office, Chyasal, Lalitpur.

The meeting will discuss the agenda including the government’s work and the complications facing the government in passing the ordinances registered in Parliament.
