KATHMANDU: CPN (UML) Secretary Yogesh Bhattarai has emphasized that he wants the party to be civilized, polite, and cultured.

He highlighted the need to build a UML that embraces revolutionary ideas, a dynamic organization, and a people-oriented approach.

On social media, Bhattarai wrote, “We want and will build a UML that respects everyone and fosters self-pride, a UML based on cooperation, coexistence, and collaboration, a civilized, polite, and cultured UML, a UML with revolutionary ideas, a dynamic organization, and a people-oriented approach.”

He also stressed his desire to create a UML that believes in unity amid diversity. Bhattarai appealed for a multidimensional restructuring of the party based on the principles established by Madan Bhandari, to face current challenges with unity.

He wrote, “A UML that believes in unity amid diversity. Based on the principles established by Madan Bhandari in party building, let us undertake a multidimensional restructuring of the party and unite to face today’s challenges.”
