KATHMANDU: The CPN (UML) has decided to hold its 11th general convention in Pokhara from December 13–15.

According to Party Publicity Department Chief Rajendra Gautam, the decision was made by the 10th full meeting of the central committee.

During the meeting, Party Chair KP Sharma Oli presented a political report along with the proposed date for the convention.

The meeting unanimously endorsed Chairman Oli’s report with suggestions, Gautam said.

Following the conclusion of the meeting, Gautam issued a 22-point press statement outlining the key decisions.
