KATHMANDU: Chairman of the CPN UML, KP Sharma Oli, inaugurated party’s 11th National Congress at Shallaghari, Bhaktapur.

Prior to this, cultural processions originated from various places arrived at the venue before the inauguration.

The pageants displayed the cultural specificities of Newar, Magar and Sherpa communities. The National Congress runs till December 15.
