KATHMANDU: Following the Gen Z protests on September 8 and 9, which caused significant human and material damage, the Nepal Army has summoned battalion commanders to military headquarters to study the events and prepare reports for future preparedness.
Discussions are ongoing with battalion commanders across the country to analyze the incidents, provide support, and document lessons learned.
A few days ago, the army also held a press conference to address the Gen Z movement and outline measures to manage potential security challenges.
