KATHMANDU: Twelve people were injured, three of them critically, when a Bolero jeep met with an accident near the road leading to Ishwarigangadham, close to the Baitadi district headquarters, on Wednesday afternoon.

The SE 1 JA 245-numbered Bolero jeep belonging to Ugratara Yatayat, which had left Gothalapani for Khodpe in Patan Municipality–8, skidded about 30 meters off the road at around 2:15 p.m.

According to District Police Office Baitadi spokesperson Inspector Baldev Badu, the injured were rescued and taken to the District Hospital.

He added that the list of the injured is being compiled.
